How Does It Work?
This medical device is useful in the treatment of common symptoms of rhinitis, hay fever, inflamed nasal mucosa, and blocked nose. CANNASEN® Protective Nasal Gel, classified as a medical device, moisturizes, stabilizes, relieves, and protects the nasal mucosa (the mechanical barrier) against external factors and irritation.
The protective nasal gel is a topical formulation with a triple active complex. It cleanses dry and irritated nasal passages, caused by allergies, dust, and low humidity, providing them with natural moist. By filtering the inhaled air, the gel keeps the mucous membrane moist and helps protect against environmental factors pollution, dust, and pollen, as well as bacteria and viruses. The nasal mucosa is composed of epithelial cells. The epithelial cells secrete mucus and form a protective mucus layer. Furthermore, the cells filter the inhaled air and help protect against external factors such as dust, pollen, environmental pollution, bacteria, and viruses. In addition to protecting the nasal mucosa, it also moisturizes the mucosa and due to its increased viscosity (internal friction of moving fluid), it can maintain a protective film for longer. The gel is an isotonic, salty, water-based, moisturizing gel for the nose.

Instructions
- The nasal gel can be used 2 times a day. There should be at least a six-hour break between applications.
- Insert the nasal applicator carefully – and not too deeply into the nose to avoid injuries!
- If you have accidentally used too much of the nasal gel and this is perceived as unpleasant, the excess amount can be removed by blowing vigorously into a paper towel.
- If no improvement is seen 7 days after the treatment start or if the symptoms have worsened considerably, please consult a doctor.
- The product is not suitable for children under 14 years old.
- People with allergies to any of the ingredients should not use the product.
